Our service is free. We are an intermediary between you & our removal business partners (hereinafter referred to as “the removal company”) who undertake to comply with the following points.

Under no circumstances can Mistermove be held responsible for any disagreement beween the user of the website & any of its business partners.

1. Client Service

The removal company undertakes to guarantee a professional & friendly client service and to provide a quotation with the volume to be moved, details of the services offered & any extra options (packing, dismantling, cleaning…), the price & the general terms & conditions related to the services offered.

2. Insurance Coverage

The removal company undertakes to offer you insurance coverage for items transported & to be in possession of a professional civil liability insurance policy. The removal company undertakes to inform you about the terms & conditions of reimbursement & damages paid should any of the items transported be damaged as well as any exceptions to such terms & conditions.

3. Professionalism

The removal company guarantees the smart appearance & honesty of its staff & has checked that they have the necessary experience & know-how to do the job & that they use the most suitable methods of packing & handling. The lorries, furniture hoists, & containers used must undergo control checks regularly & be up to the security standards set by the relevant administrative authorities. The removal company undertakes to respect employment regulations, collective bargaining agreements, not to employ undeclared staff & to respect the regulations related to the transportation of goods in particular working hours & driving hours.

4. The move

The removal company undertakes to respect the pick-up & delivery dates agreed upon with the customer & the contractual guarantees stipulated on the quotation & waybill & to carry out the removal service according to the terms of the quotation accepted by the customer.

5. After sales service

If despite all the precautions taken during handling & transportation, anything is damaged, the removal company undertakes to find a suitable solution & to claim on its insurance to your advantage.
